 PROCESSING TIME WHEN SHIPPED

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. you need to allow me 3-7 days to prepare your order, unless otherwise specified.

if you have an item that you have a time sensitive, you can either pay for shipping priority or express, or email me or leave a note in check out to expedite it or I have no way of knowing your item is time sensitive. 

Estimated shipping times with no tracking:

North America: 7- 14 business business days depending on how far away you are.

Europe: 2 weeks to 1 month, air mail unless expedited. 

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania:  2 weeks to one month, air mail. unless expedited 

 I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, as well as how far away you are from Vancouver, BC.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

△TRACKING NUMBER

when you choose expedited parcel, i ship with Chit chats. Genereally in Canada, America and outside of North America you will have a tracking number thats included in this.  

 

△RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I gladly accept exchanges! I do not accept returns Exchange for credit only. 

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept returns or cancellations.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Buyer also is responsible to contact me within this time frame.

 

LOST PARCEL

if your item happens to be lost in the mail, or doesnt move in transit. PLEASE NOTE: once its in the mail system its out of mine.

I am not responsible for the lost item

all parcels come with tracking, if the information you have is what i have.

what I can do for you if the parcel is lost, is call the shipping company and try to see what happened.
